I challenge you to meditate with me every day next year!!

On December 30th I am beginning these three meditations with the following times:

Why? 

Meditation clears out your mind and karma. It permanently changes your frequency, and that changes the way you are, which changes what your life is. Your life is a reflection of that which you project into the world. Meditation is a way to take control of your life in a subtle yet powerful way.

Why These Meditations? 

Har for Prosperity – This meditation is one that I hated doing at first because I had expectations that weren’t met. I have struggled with prosperity in my life and I wish to elevate my frequency so that the prosperity I draw into my life means all my needs are met AND I have more than enough to aid others as well.
The Last Resort Meditation – I came across this meditation and was intrigued when the original post I had read about it Yogi B states that it rids you of all negativity. I don’t know about you, but I have some negative nancy back-talk going on in my head, hopelessness, fantasy’s and other thought patterns I could live without. I would love to shift this.
The Smiling Buddha Kriya – There’s a bit of history with this particular meditation for me. Two years ago I tried it for 11 minutes a day after a week I was in bed sick as a dog not able to move. I felt strongly it was a clearing out happening because of the meditation and I stopped doing it. I tried it again this past year and had an amazing realization, and now I feel ready to put my heart into this meditation. It’s tiered in timing because I want to start slow and work my way up to avoid any debilitating clear-outs of energy. My goal is to essentially reach 40 days of 11 minutes.

Meet Ups

I would love to set up a space in Victoria to meditate and/or do yoga together. I am happy to teach and hold the space as the teacher ~ just need to find space to do it together.

If there is interest I will hold weekly group meet ups for the different meditations where we will meditate together and share our experiences. They will be done on Google Hangouts. 🙂
