Website

This past month was a bit of a roller coaster for this website! I decided I wanted to change hosts because a host other than wordpress would give me more freedom to do the things I want to do here. I ended up transferring hosts but lost everything!

I was lucky to find an old backup I had forgotten about and was able to upload almost everything except for any blog posts made after December 14 2014. I was so excited when I found this out! I’m so sorry if you stopped by during that mess too. I tried to fix it as quickly as possible.

If anyone so happens to have a copy of those blog posts it would be much appreciated if you could send me an email. I’d love to re-establish them on here. Otherwise they are in the ethers!

Ebook

I’ve launched a new ebook all about the herpes virus and my journey with it. It includes real life stories, actions steps and a work book to help you really understand herpes from all levels. It’s jam packed with information and will definitely provide a unique perspective on the virus.

Mind you, I am not a doctor, so I’ve begun using disclaimers on this website and on the ebook. 🙂

Elephant Journal

As a promo for the new ebook I decided to take the leap and submit an article about herpes on Elephant Journal. It was accepted! *do the happy dance* I will share it here as soon as its published!!

Current Meditation Challenge

This meditation probably deserves a blog post of its own. I was becoming tired of doing meditations just for myself. I’ve been meditating for at least six years daily, with probably half that Kundalini meditations. I’m also getting to a point where its more challenging for me to find just the right meditation to do. I’ve found a couple really powerful ones I’m staying away from because they are too much right now and there’s many I don’t feel drawn to.

Commence experiment! Meditating for others. The meditation Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung is a healing meditation that can be done on behalf of other people. I chose three subjects and have been meditating for them eleven minutes a day for twenty something days now. I am going to day forty, and have been receiving feedback from two out of the three subjects. I’m not sure where the third one is at as my queries have not been responded to, but alas, I wanted to see if people noticed a shift in their life or not.

Can we create deep, powerful and lasting change on behalf of others through meditation?

When the 40 days is up I’ll do a full post on this.

New Course

This is only partially Kundalini Yoga related, but I’m in a new course to get rid of money blocks. It’s a lot of meditating and it’s definitely making changes in my life. I’m super stoked on it. Part of my attention is there right now rather than writing for the blog – mostly because I’m working a lot right now, and need to shift things so I can do what I love and make a great living. I’ll be updating as much as I can on Sundays though!
